While Cash prize more than $5000 has to be claimed at the Lottery Office present in Oklahoma City. In order to process the prize, one has to visit the Lottery Office before 4 PM.

How to share a prize?
One also has an option to share the winning amount. All the parties have to complete the “Agreement to share Ownership Claim form” and have to present their valid photo ID proof at the Lottery’s regional office.
If any of the members are not able to be present at the time the prize is redeemed, then a representative from the group must provide the above-said documents on his behalf and the winner’s check will be mailed to him.
